Anything that looks like a code in the forum is in base64 which uses a tool to decode it. Just note that you might have to do it a few times.
Depending on the character, gravity will affect the hair accessories with a lot of movement. To prevent this, go to
Adv KKPE > Dynamic Bones. Select one of the arrow visually then tick this. It will disable dynamic bones to react with anything, but returns it to neutral position. Then do this for all hair accessories that are clipping. There is freeze button beneath but only for one specific axis. But remember, once you disable it, the hair won't bounce or move at all and will stay fixed.
