Out of curiosity, I wanted to see if I could download it, and interestingly, before it downloads, I get a message saying the file is suspicious and could be used for data capture.
I have three Gmail accounts on my phone, and I can't see it on any of the others than the main, just like you.
This is the only file that displays such a message when trying to download.
Maybe that's why it's not visible. I don't know if there's a setting that hides these types of files, but I suspect there is.

You shouldn't really ask for Keiyuu cards unless you're willing to wait literal years cause he marks his cards, has a strict access for his content, and again marks his cards. I have to repeat this since so many people ask for cards from creators that MARK THEMLooking for this mod
