That's maybe because she's based on someone's OC that got made into an action figure. I know this because I own said action figure lol (I have her beach bikini version on preorder).

The ironic part is I spent over 1k USD on that twinkle star knights game ( a japanese only r18 gacha game ) and eventually quit. That shino is unusable in the game by the time I quit due to powercreep. Gacha games...Gacha games never change...
