Maybe in your uncensor selector options is a uncensor selected, that is designed for a specific characters that messes up other characters.
You can check that under F1 and exclude the selected uncensor in the settings.

I did the normal uncensor and it did nothing to change the size sadly. The boobs are just that big for some reason

I have the Neofire thing but I converted the cards to KKS by using them and not saving a copy (They are only the cards that were in Kemono, before that page died).

It's most likely a piece of clothing or an item, e.g., the earrings. I'm not saying it's them, but turn off all items and clothing, and it will stop.
Then, re-enable each item/cloths part one by one, and you'll find out which one it is. I don't know what causes it, but it's something that's attached to them.
