Check if you have BetterScaling.Koikatu.dll in the plugins. If so, just disable it. I encountered similar question before, and yours may be caused by the same problem.

Someone asked a while back about MMD motions for the VMD plugin in KK.
Firstly, I wanna ask if there's any way to fix the IK issues that come from using these motions in VMD player. Usually the ankle/feet and wrist are broken. Admittedly I'm too lazy to do it manually.
Secondly, is anyone interested in me uploading a mega/etc of the motions I've collected over the years?

Most of them are dances but I have a handful of NSFW motions. I don't wanna take time to upload it if nobody is interested, but I figured this is the least I could offer this group while I'm still unemployed (Job interviews next week though! )
