usually caused by a body mask that makes the boob invisible, i would check the costume on that card in the character maker.

just like lookdown87 said, check the body mask on the maker.
on clothes window check the "top" and scroll down to "body alpha mask" if it have custom tex on it u removed if it not or it doesnt fixed,
u need to make a new one.
using full bodysuit as template, color the nipple part green while the rest yellow.
yellow = always visible
green = only visible on half state
black = always hidden until top clothes are off
