That or select/highlight the Male > anim, scroll down to Auto-Target and Select Oral.
Most likely (and what's usually the case) is when you're updating the RX/HF patch it breaks/delete some stuff. Either that or your stuff is outdated or some of the nodes get disabled/deleted. (Also updated the OG post forgot to put Male at the end)
