i had that same problem before and i dont really know what caused it, but what i did was i updated to a newer version of koikatsu and the problem never appeared for me again to this day, maybe you can try that?

Okay, I encountered this issue in CharaMaker of KK1, which has never happened in the studio before. I used the works of FISSY teacher for the cards, and I have encountered this ghosting problem in most of his works, including some character cards from other authors.
