If you have Stiletto then turn it off befor starting studio or change the Stiletto setting in studio by pressing right shift, turn off all the change then save the Stiletto setting. Reload the scene and it should be good

Some scenes that have this issue can be "fixed" by importing them into a blank scene instead of loading them. This scene fixes, though the map doesn't come over.does anyone know how to fix the camera when the scene loads like this? Most of Jacobco's scenes load this way.

Not actually sure what causes this issue, but its something to do with the character the camera is locked to. In this case, its Barbara. If you delete Barbara, the camera resets to normal.

Can also try disabling FOV/ZOOM in timeline and resetting it, see if that helps.
