This usual happens when you load a card that might have been made under a outdated version of Xukmi Shaders. Thankfully I've already outlined a fix here for another user with the same issue you have. Ofc I might wrong and if that's the case, I don't know what else to tell you.

I had a similar issue that was due to having transparent mods in Windows, fixed by adding KK and CS to exception. Only noticed because I caught part of my wallpaper.
