Junior, I advice you to handle this material with great care, what you have on your hands is most likely a virus.
Do not execute the .exe file, get rid of the archive.zip, and swap to a browser with adblocker (preferably Ublock Origin) then try downloading from the source again. Evil websites have found ways to cloak themselves as legitimate ones, and this is one of them, if you care about the health of your computer's meridians then it's best to start exercising some caution.
