Does anyone know any good 90s female koikatsu characters cards?

The first creator that comes to mind would be Ivanhomage as he has made some retro 90s looking cards that are high quality. A lot of his older catalogue is free. Some of his stuff can be found on this forum too. Besides him maybe check out Kaoskatsu as he has some cards from that era although your going to have to search by series on that one (he has a lot of cards but they are free). As for specific cards I really like Kaoskatsu's Trigun Cards and I like this version of Motoko Kusanagi by BGZR1983 (also does a lot of good 90s cards).

It's not much help; because I really want to have the mod and share it. But the body the Raikage uses in that scene is from the character Sin Kiske from Guilty Gear Strive. I don't know if Evaan has made mods for that game, but you could start looking there.
