I should of been more clear on the mods. Are you sure you didn't add new mods? Anyhow try to remove the mods from the game folder like into the desktop and start up Studio again and see if the problem still persist

Thanks for reaching out to help. I just went nuclear and redownloaded HF patch it fixed my problems only thing is I can't remember the plugin that lets you edit the preexisting maps. Do you know which one I'm talking about?
