You need a plugin called "Pushup", It allows you to modify the fit of your top or bra, but it won't change the actual breast size. But honestly, bro, I don't know if KKS has this.

In the clothing tab there should be a section called "pushup." That will let you adjust how the breadts are effected when either the top or bra is on. If you can't find it, you might be missing a plugin.
